Same desktop/game sensitivity

I wonder if anyone knows a way to get the same sensitivity in game as you get on your desktop? I mean if you use your computer all day with 600 DPI 6/11 sens, then go in game and cant decide weather the sens is a bit more or less than it was on your desktop. In CS you can get directly the desktop sensitivity but not here...
