Why does everyone hate BRs?

What they fail to realize is, that if I didn't see 20-40 high ping hackers per day I would only see 1-2 hackers maybe in a day at a push.
Its hard to find a room without 1 hacker in it. Usually have to play with clanmates just to keep it MANAGEABLE. A year ago last August to November I would only see 1 or 2 hackers a day at most, and I played over 100 games a day back then. Now I only play to finish daily mission because of how many hackers I see in a room. The last GM game I played had 3 speeders, 2 weapon hacks, 1 shoot through walls hack, and 3 chammers. (I was on BL).
All of them had 150+ ping. I got kicked for trying to kick the speeders. -

With speeders you just got to stay in a area where the extra speed is a disadvantage or hug a wall and kill them when they run into it.
Chammers usually lag bad enough that you can dodge their spray by zig zag jumping.
The new weapon hack is only a minor annoyance, they are still easy to kill.
Aimbots are tricky, you got to be in a close quarter area with lots of cover. Avoid line of sight and use the sound of there footsteps to figure out where they are. Once you know run out of cover spraying.
1 hit kill can be dealt with like chammers, just deadlier.

For me decent/ok ping is 80-120. Great ping is 0-40, good ping is 40-80, bad ping is 120-160, and horrid ping is 160+ -
I was on a server where me and another guy were the only non-Brs, but they were nice, I mean they didn't speak alot of english but they were nice and that was the like the only server that day I didn't get kicked from/Lagged out sure there ping was kinda high but they never lagged badly.

Many Brazilians hate the badly acting of some of us!
And the culture of revenge that has taken place in the game. When possible, it starts kicking based on nationalities, fictitious names (John Doe BR) or pings.
As many Brazilians play CF, came to be seen as the most hackers. It may be true. But a solution is not hate us.
I play decent. I do not have BR in name and not use hack. Besides the fact, avoid offending or insult anyone.
But that does not seem to be important. Yet I read: ban Brs. Brs are like rats. Or, "Brazilians (as everyone I believe) has created this hatred. Now you have to live with it." As if I had helped create an aura of disrespect and hatred.
The solution?
I only see very understanding and conversation. An effort that I've always been doing here with the help of other Brazilians (I will cite here, 74K37H47) and even some non-Brazilians (I hate that definition, but it would be better than foreigners, as here, the stranger is me).

Score isn't a way to judge if someone is hacking, I've had lots of games where someone just joins and calls me hacker with in seconds because my score was either high (35+ on GM) or I had no deaths. -

Im also an arab not egyption though, when i visited egypt there was this internet cafe with 20 computers with hacks turned onYou know who i really hate?

Simple question to answer. Brs aren't where they belong. All they do is lag everywhere, hack and spam QQ when they manage to lag kill you.
But if people are like me, they label everyone as one "thing" : BRS.
150+ Ping? US? GET OUT. UK? GO BACK TO YOUR SERVER. GERMAN? GO BACK TO YOUR SERVER.
Don't wanna be called Brs? Don't want us to hate on Brs? GO BACK TO YOUR SERVER.
