what's wrong with my PING !!

Hi.
when i was playing my ping was less than 150 always ..
now the internet with the same speed but my ping doesn't be lower than 210 !!
that sucks !!
i need help .. tell me what do i do
note:
1-i'm using game booster
2-i have no virus or spy ware
3-i'm always doing windows updates
