Account Stolen
My cousins account was stolen today between the time 9:00 AM EST- 12:30 PM EST. He knows his last passwrd, email, register date, and basically everything from the account. the new email is qwertz9944@googlemail.com which he doesnt have a clue who owns that email acc.

Dude, my brother tried to download hacks on my old comp before I b*tchslapped him mid-download and blocked the site. And one bad hack is all you need to get your password/username/other stuff stolen via keylog.
Your account can't just be "hacked". You or your cousin did SOMETHING that allowed someone to take his account. Otherwise, it was an easy to guess combo. -
My cousin never hacked any game before and also SQ was easy to guess, but he told me he tried to change the question and the answer itself through the z8 support and it never took place. I believe thats the main reason he got hacked. If my cousin can get on the acc, he could prove it to you that he sent a support ticket requesting to change the SQ and its answer.

YOU CAN'T HACK INTO Z8 DATABASE. I don't have an alt account, I share my acc with only 1 person, I'm from Romania, so I'm IP banned for new accounts, and yet I have never been "hacked" and I'm not worried that I will be "hacked", because it's impossible to hack an ID and a password, not unless u share acc details with idiots, or if someone using your account downloaded hacks from a website.
