Remington 1100

How about we have a shotgun that fires slugs? What is a slug you ask? It is a shotgun shell designed for people who want more range out of their shotgun if rifles are banned from use in hunting in their community. Instead of firing a spread, it fires a single shot, some say it can reach ranges over a rifle's bullet.

A Remington Model 1100! A semi-automatic shotgun from the '60's and still present. It has barrel lengths from 18 inches to 30 inches. It's weight is lighter than a XM1014, but still in its weight range.

Features
Range like a sniper rifle
Up to 2-shot kill, 1 if you're lucky
Single-zoom scope
High recoil like other shotguns
No spread, only one big shot

tl;dr Winchester Scope on steroids (to exaggerate firepower, long range, and the scope)

This would work if it was with the winchester crate weapon... Since the reload takes forever and it's a semi-auto since you have to pull the trigger back over n over.

Also, people should remember that slugs don't have the tiny effective range of normal 12 gauge shot (Are birdshot or buckshot used? :S) and actually can cause mass trauma if used correctly at long ranges.

Actually, you can talk about other versions, but keep it to a minimum and no pictures or video.

They do say you can't talk about any content from any versions. They just look past the little things, like "Oh that's in a version". But it's actually against the rules, just not enforced like it should be.

z8 really does need to catch up on the guns.

I swear a mod actually told me what I said, but W/e. Point being, this gun isn't in another version, but rather it has a SIMILAR weapon.

Buck shot is devastating compared to birdshot, birdshot is a little smaller then a bb used in a pellet gun, buck shot is about the size of a ball bearing. Take the scope off the remmington tho and its a great gun

Don't birdshot shells have more pellets in them compared to buckshot?
