Sound lag, lower FPS and higher ping

Hello everyone, I have been experiencing sound lag, lower FPS and a higher ping to the point my game is unplayable. My normal FPS range is: 70- 110 but now I am only getting 40-60 FPS and I spiked to a low 9 FPS at one time! Also normal my ping is 50-55 but now it is a constant 80. This has been happening every since yesterday. 2 of my other friends have experienced the same problem. 1 of them now says that their game is back to normal.
