existing user with no account?

i've had my account for a LONG time now, and i used to play this game back when suba games owned crossfire. if you look at the player profile thing my account still exists with all my guns, now if i log INTO crossfire [same account] it's telling me to give a username, and basicly acting like ym account never existed. is there any way to get my guns and stuff back? or my rank? my GP/ZP?
