do anyone having issue with antivirus called pc defender from TDS? whenever i open crossfire. it detect malfunction. what should i do about it?

im not a computer geek so idk much, but y dont u just turn the program off while u play the game? isnt der a list of programs tat u could bypass from the antivirus program? o_o
