I have a 2mb broadband, before my ping was 140/160 ...
now but down more than 160 ... increased greatly.

Distance determines ping not connection speed. And connecting to places far away makes you more prone to ping spikes. Nothing can be done about it unless you move closer to the server. :P

The only way you can get low ping is when there is a Crossfire server near you.
