Obviously you're not from N.America due to your grammar. Quit trying to act like you're not a BR trying to clear the name of the other BR's. BR's are at least 85% of the hacks that are in CF.
I would guess also that CF pitties the little BR's therefore doesn't ban them when they do hack.

Its a breeding ground for people to try hacks.
These cafes have the hacks already loade on the pc's. So the inclination to use these since its not "your own" personal PC being tracked is higher. Give a person a great chance to not be punished or exposed for a crime and it is very likely they will try. Its just human nature.
Some countries are the same no doubt.
Most people in NA play on thier own PC. So less attractive to hack unless you are knowledgable enough in IT to get around safeguards and IP etc. -

hey, most of my clan are Egyptian and they don't hack...Just because i said don't forget about Egypt and Turkey it doesn't mean that all Egyptian or Turkish people hack.

I know a couple of people in German or French clans and many member of my old clan were German, no hackers too. So well he just listed some example and I just added some more countries with a huge percentage of hackers.

I live in brasil, and i can say that there are many many players in Brazil, most of them dont put br in their nick,due to the no reason kick, but more than 30% of brs dont hack. -
Just because someone says most hackers are from Brazil, Turkey, and Egypt doesn't mean all players from there hack. Learn basic logic people.
If I said maple syrup is used mostly on pancakes and waffles, it doesn't mean most pancakes and waffles have maple syrup. -
My best estimate on how many BRs hack would be about 1% maybe 2%. Or 1 or 2 out of 100 hack. But that is not the only reason why their disliked.
But how many players are BR in this game? There is 750,000+ likes on CFs Facebook page so there is at least that many accounts. The average pub game has 8-12 150+ ping players so 50%-75% are not from the NA. So a safe guess would be about 300,000+ players are BR. And if 1%-2% hack that be about 3,000-6,000 hackers from Brazil. These are just estimates from perceived levels in game, it may be higher or lower.
