****FREAKING OLD IDEA ALERT****

If you hack, your IP gets banned, and you can't play anymore.
Sound easy to do, but isn't. But its possible, and I know lots of games, not just FPS, that Ban by IP.

dude this is the 100,000th thread about this.

they ALREDY IP BAN .... its just theres an auto ban feature setup in the game and that will leave them with a temporary ban. if you get caught hacking from someone who reported you, then you get banned and ip banned.

only problem is, people can use a proxy too hide there real ip adress, therefore cant ban that ip. only the account.

Yes they do IP ban. Thing is, It is very easy to change or hide a IP. The only thing keeping someone from doing it is not knowing how.

Relevant: Was this thread to troll other players or didn't realize that they already implemented IP bans? The unfortunate things about the IP bans is that it doesn't affect the static IP users since they change about every month.
