1 year char ribbon doesn't show up?

Look, I am pretty sure I made my crossfire character in 2010 in June or July.

Now it's August and it's still not showing on my profile?

Do you have the "welcome" email they sent you? That will have the date the account was created. Then, when you have placed your support ticket, you will have the info needed to have support look into this.

Go to your profile here in the clan listing, and bring up your GP log. If you have less than 10 pages there, the last page should have the date you bought your character. If you have more, then that last page is gone. At least that way you can be sure of your date.
