Are the servers down?

Iam in UK1 right now and iam playing nothing happens.

Try repairing your connection. Usually when it doesn't respond to connecting to a server/channel, it's usually because of your connectivity. Do this by:
Start Menu>Network Connections> Right click on your connection> Click repair> Click Ok.
There you go.
If the problem still isn't fixed, shutdown your computer and pull out your internet wire, put it back in, and restart.
