Rixty Problem

Hello guys!

I just bought two 10$ Rixty prepaid cards.
I think not much people use this card, I normally don't use it too, but this time I did.
Well, I took the pin (Redeem code) from the first card and filled it in the website www.rixty.com

It somehow Did not work!. Whenever I type it in correctly, a sign appears, which says 'Invalid Status Card: INACTIVE". I tested the second code, and it worked right at the first try. What happened? are my other 10$ away, or is there any way to Activate it?
