I'm worried that my account will get banned
So...
My brother uses hacks in Crossfire (he is only 13 and he thinks that its awesome to use hacks), but I am purely legit, I would never hack on my account (I actually spent money for ZP on it). Recently, my brother has been hacking a lot and so, his account maybe getting banned soon. What I am worried about is if my own account will get banned along with his account (cause if we play at the same time on different cpus, then they will see that we have the same IP and maybe they will ban both of our accounts...).
Can anyone tell me if that could happen?

you should report your brother and get his account banned right away, and explain that you play on the same IP.
otherwise you both deserve too be banned anyways. you will get IP banned and never be able too use CF on that computer anymore
i would put money on it that you have 2 accounts. one for hacking and one too play legit. and you have had this excuse ready for when they ban both accounts.
Since you KNOW your "brother" is hacking then you should stop him and/or report him and get him banned.
also did you know that hacking a website is a criminal offence? your vandalizing a companys digital property. your parents could face a pretty big fine if Z8 pushed for it. -
You won't get IP banned if he gets detected by the auto-detection system.
If he gets manually reported and get's IP banned, then you will too.
Anyways, stop being a pussy and tell him to stop cheating. This game is rated 14+. If you don't want him cheating then delete all the files he downloaded. -
There's a chance of you getting banned as well. If his hacks are on your computer, chances are, when XTrap is scanning your computer and it finds your brother's cheats, you will most likely be pulled along down. I'd tell him to get his cheats off of your computer, or play on a different IP [your account will be tagged if his gets banned, which means you could get banned as well].

i have no mercy for hackers and for people who KNOW hackers and let it happen.
your bigger then your brother ... slap him upside his head and tell him too say off your computer and delete his hacks right away. -

then it dont matter. you need too go on his computer and delete his hacks. you also need too save a replay of him hacking and report him. get him perm banned and in your ticket, beg them not too ban your legit account. explain that your worried you will get banned for him hacking and you want too play the way it was suppose to be played. as long as you dont have any hack reports on your account you should be ok .... but if you dont report him and they go too ip ban him your screwed. -

Any Windows machine can be made to use a certian IP address. You can set his up for a FAIL IP and then he won't be able to get online! LOL Message me with his OS and I'll give you instructions if you want.... -

dude, dont even bother ... he needs too punch his brother in the mouth and tell him too stop hacking a game cause hes no good at it. If he sucks at crossfire go play MW2 on ps3 where the rest of the immature babies go. Also if hes no good at that tell him too go play sports cause he sucks at video games. -

I'm 15, and I play lots of sports. I'm one of the biggest kids my age at my school, and my friends all like to play video games. Are you even a teen yourself? Ummm..... This is his brother, he probably loves his bro very much. So hopefully this is a bunch of sarcasm. But his brother does need to be given a "Serious Talk" (I.e you had better do what I say cause I know what's right and I'm bigger) about hacking. -

yeah it's sarcasm, but really, you shouldn't let your bro DL those cheats, they're filled with malware and you could lose something important to those coders

sure +1. if i were u , i would hit my little brother if he didnt accept to stop that. then u delete all the files of the hack. ( if hes stronger and u afraid him, then i dont know what to advise u with

It's your brother ? You are concerned ?
Discuss with him about the problem with hacks.
They won't just affect the gamers, but himself too.
Simply put, there is NO easy way in life, hacking is as taking
a little shortcut to attain a goal while actually only reaching it by
the fingertips.
Going legit, either in CF or in life will go a long way into building him
into a person that can undergo anything in a safe and successfull way.
This goes to you too though I am not really buying the brother story but
anyway, you have to take measures. People have said to report him ? It
is good, he WILL get mad and think probably that it was in the interest of saving
your ass, but convince him about why it is a good decision.
BE a role-model, do not hack and get better, it'll most probably inspire him.

Ya I know what you mean my mom has used my pc for banking, this guy probably doesn't want his parents to loose money, and get F***Ed over. So he should probably talk to his brother about this, and explain how dangerous these hacks are to his families financial safety.
