What's so tough about killing hack websites?

You agreed to their terms of service, which stated that Z8Games owns your account, and they can take it away at their discretion. Honestly, that means Saidin could take your account because you misspelled his name.
Tell me something that I didnt know.

Righty.
Its not a matter of calling them up and ask them nicely.
You have to start a civil suit and that takes time, and if it is happening already (which it could be), its not something G4Box would announce.
No, ZP is not a factor when deciding whether or not to ban someone.
The temporary bans are for automatically banned cheaters only.
And a common misunderstanding (hard to put 1 and 1 together); A temporary ban just means that it expires. As soon as the player comes back in to the game, hes banned again. And again.
Its practically permanent as the gametime between bans is extremely low.
"lol why temp" is a stupid question we've answered countless times. ^ ^ ^ ^ ^
Reviewed reports where the user is found to be cheating are always permanent.
And of course, as "efwegfegerwg" put it, the very essence of the problem; They can just start another site in a minute.
And suits costs money. Theres no guarantee to win.
You can't pop in to a courtroom in a country and expect the owner of the website, living across the world, to care.
Its probably not even illegal where he is.
"Theres no guarantee to win."? A hacker website wins a civil suit? How would that be possible? By the argument of "educational purposes"? It's clear that they want to share hacks which is illegal. I could not immagine a loose.
So the main problem is that the website can just host somewhere else in a minute?
I think that if you win the civil suit, the new-hosted-website can't be new-hosted. There must be a way to keep sight of what the hack masters are hosting/doing, right? -

Making hacks isn't illegal (possible gray area).
Using hacks isn't illlegal per se. Its just a violation of our EULA, which is why it would be a CIVIL suit. No crime was committed, just harm to business.
Yes, thats the main problem. Yes, it can be hosted again. No, theres no way of keeping track of the owner.
He could probably be prohibited from owning a company for tax evasion or whatever, but there is no guarantee that hes a resident in a country where he needs to tax the income. -

a website is a thing, not a person. it can only get shut down if that thing had actual illegal content. the website isnt responsible for what its people do. therefore it can be classified as an educational website. teaching people how to code.
and with that issue arisen, it is evident that z8 has practically no grounds for a suit.
The website is focussing on the illegal aspect of coding and not at the legal aspect. That's the ground for z8 for a suit! The websites should maintain the posts of other people to be legal. So they have to delete posts with hacks. -

read my acronym again please
"its like this, a axe seller cant be blamed for a mass murderer goin crazy slaughtering hundreds of citizens ina city with the axe, if u get my point o.0 "
THE AXE SELLER = the hack site
THE CRAZY SLAUGHTERING BARBARIAN = the ppl downloading and using the hack
IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO CREATE AN AXE
ok? -

thats hardly grounds for suit, that would be a waste of money and a low percentage of actual shut down of websites. And, like people have said, they would just open up a new site. -

hey if anyone here is a good programmer and knows enough about software, they should make a virus and hide it inside a hack.
then advertise in game for the hack.
when people download it they will SCREW up there computer so bad they wont be able too use it no more....
or even get a virus into the hacking websites... lets just start too hack them back. i know for a fact theres quite a few people that have this knowlege.
i actually have some nerdy friends in college that can do this kind of stuff. im going too see if they can possable put a virus in a hack website. if they can, we will start destroying these hacking sites. Or at least cause them so many problems that they wont get any buisness. -

that again we could get people too make soo many hacks for this game, just adding keyloggers and viruses.
the people looking for hacks wont know what one is "safe" and what ones are not. basicly we will use the hacks against them.
i have no simpithay for these hackers ... if we give them a virus that screws there $1000 computer ... then they shouldent have hacked to begin with

@mod
would it be legal to create some hacks and add viruses to screw peoples computers?
i mean would i get banned from this game for creating those programs? even though im doing it for the greater good of the game? -
Most of them have a TOS too, and they don't actually support using it to hack just for educational purposes but we all know thats not true. Heres one from a hack website what lies: Combat Arms Hacks takes no responsibility for your actions. Any files that are hosted on this website serve as educational materials. Any information on this site represents what these files “can” do. Not what they should do or what they should be used for.
If you use these hacks online you are breaching our terms of service and we take no responsibility for your actions in any way, shape or form. -

Wouuuu wait a minute, actually i do not own my ACC? Z8Games own my acc? Than actyually i buy ZP for them with my money? And Z8Games can do with my acc what them want's. Ok i know Z8Games dont wona my acc, that will be stupid. But is not that "money laundering" ?? Somehow? Bcz. if them own my acc and the acc buy ZP with real money, he actually buy his own product. it's "money laundering" right?
And yea i read the contract when i create my acc, i know what i doing, but this I think is somewhat doubtful.
PS: Sry about my ENG i know it's not perfect, but i huope u know what i try to tell u.
