Do not want to disturb your dreams. I support, after setting up a server in Latin America, a kind of restriction on servers in North America.
Because if not, many "children" in Brazil, will access the servers US / UK only for provoke.
Just as support for a restriction for players from North America, do not access the servers in Latin America, to avoid any kind of revenge or provocation. -

I see a lot of tension in the game. Not only in the forum.
Here, few players appear. In the game, the situation is more tense, but fragmented by the matches.
Here, it continues, but capable of a wider debate and time consuming (even when there are insults).
So I think that with the creation of an SA server, restrictions should be placed on both sides. To avoid an escalation of hatred. -

People who don't understand english... The main thing is that most people who play CF China that aren't Chinese just remember what button does what, so text is irrelevant to them. I'm guessing that South Americans do the same.meh they'll figure it out. after all, they are people.
Besides, this is just to let them know in their own language what is happening, and what is expected of them. -

So i can test how is like to play with 50/80 ping ( im not Br , is my average ping to Brazil ) against a 200 pinger and u`ll see how hard is it on the lagger side. -
