Account Blocked
Well as Topic says,my other account is "Bocked" don't know why.
Yesterday i play like a normal day,i buyed 20000 zubapoints.
Today i open Crossfire and try to login and appears "write correct password" etc etc
Then i try to login on the Z8 page and appears...
"Account blocked,Get cusstomer support at (001)46464 X telephone number"
Well im from Mexico,i don't speak english so good but anyways i call and a Automatic voice told me to leave my Id and Character name and i did.
What i must do now? my other accounts is "Robereto"

Well it's my 2° day of i can't log in with my other account for the same problem,i'm kindda desperate lol,my new weapons and kits are ending...i buyed it for some days
That is just not fair.. you paid for smth and now u cant use it?.. and even worse, the days you paid your weapons for are ending.. lol just not right -
Don't worry, since you just got points it's most likely that paypal has put a hold on the funds for some reason and until you call them (or wait the 3 years for the investigation to finish) the account will remain blocked until the issue is resolved.
Most often this is a good mesure to protect the customer from someone who might have hijacked their account but some people will have their transactions on hold for no reason and so causing this.
Please call paypal and make sure that there is no issue there and have them send us an email confirming that and you can expect your account to be released soon after. All timed items will be extended as needed but if you have any issue with that please PM me with a list of the items and number of days missing so I can take care of the issue.
P.S. Do not make any paypal disputes before seeing if we can solve the problem or paypal will hold the funds till they finish investigating and we will not be able to help at all till they are done.. again that may be a long time. -

Lol, sorry I had to laugh at the way you call them zubapoints. Just so you know, they are called Z8 Points. -
Hello there im posting in the name of my friend cuz he has problems trying to post.

lmao he just told u what to do, and yet yall act dumb and of course the story starts to change, and u keep asking for help here and not in PM like the admin asked, so i ask what scam u pulling here like all the other kids or doing lmao this is worse than the hacker problem now

Try to send a support ticket here http://support.z8games.com/webform.aspx .You can also atach a screenshot with the paypal confirmation(you'll find it in your email box or paypal account) and write in the ticket your account ID and email addres to be shure they have all the information you could give ..I hope that this will be useful for you.:)

Same problem
My OTHER acc got block...yesterday i buy 2 packages of $17 dollars....i was playing this mornirg and suddenly de game crash, WHEN I TRY TO LOGIN TO THE Z8 PAGE ,COMES UP THIS MASSAGE THAT MY ACC WAS BLOCKED,,,so i follow wat fallen said...i call paypal, send wat they ask TO SEND TO VERIFY MY INFO and they said that the problem gonna be solve in 24 to 48 hours....my question is....when the problem wit my paypal acc get solved....then wat i got to do to get my cf acc unblocked???? it unblock automatic or i got to contact a mod???

I bought yesterday 4/10/2010 2500 zp with mobile (pay by call not by sms) and bought a shovel with them... And today 5/10/2010 I got my account banned for hacking?!?!?! I know some players hate me cause I kill them easy... What is happening there z8 games?
