The Winchester wasn't originally regarded as a good weapon in the first place. When it first came out, it had a bug in which it shot much, much, slower than it should have, so it shot as slow as a sniper rifle, and as strong as what it is currently. It was buffed to what it is today, so be grateful they did that.
I actually like it the way it is, if you can hit close range headshots, it's very good. -

The Winchester was never designed to be a "killer" gun. it was never designed to compaire to any other guns.
The Winchester was designed for FUN. an oldschool western feel.
We use the Winchester to mess around and enjoy the feel of it. and feel good when you kill someone with a cowboy gun. -

i m doing Blindrob style in gm :P still i m not perfect but i have some decent skillz with it.I did allready 1 on 1 against tiga on uk server it was decent match but i won it.(sry tigaWinchester sucked always, you just gotta be BlindRob to master it.

The main thing that kills this gun is the painfully slow reload. 1 bullet per second.
The fire rate and Damage drop can be dealt with other wise.
Winchester scope is better simply because of the faster reload.

so the choice is between either 2 more bullets per clip or a faster reload and scope. -
well changing to side arm is then better. i tried how faster can i change from winchister to the dec.Its quite fast.winch scope and dec abit slow but no diference. still i prefer with old winchister with dec switching.I did get 2x5k with thatJust did a double check on gods guide. http://forum.z8games.com/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=2422353

And the English language slowly dies in the corner where no one notices.
Hopefully it's because he (like me) isn't from an English-speaking country...
I like the winchester because you have to have skills to use it. Unfortunately I am not very skilled, so I avoid using it :P
