Competitve S&D Room Option

1.30 Round Time This will really push teams to the limits and help them improve as it will be less about camping, playing picks and playing on individual skill. This wouldn't aggree with international competitions like WCG and WEM but you'd still have the 2.30 option to practise for them.
5 sec freeze time Maybe even 10, so the team has enough time to dicuss or choose their strat for the round. Sometimes with my team we end up still talking about the previous round instead of discussing the current round strat, so more time would help in competitive play.
Best out of option A option to play best out of (say) 9 rounds, instead of first team to reach 9 rounds. With the less round time, you can afford doing this and it may work.

Hmm. In pubs we dont need that 5 sec freeze time i mean actually in pubs the teams never play as one and dont discuss anything, for cws it would be a good idea.
And the suggestion with 1.30 round time is nice ;o would actually push the gameplay a bit and make it faster.

It would be amazing for Z8Games could get into contact with leagues and get their rules, and implement weapon restriction options in games as well. Definitely what the competitive community has been looking for.
That freeze time would be amazing, most teams do find themselves running around figuring out the strat anyways, it would be a massive addition to the competitive aspect of the game. -
I agree on the first 2 points. The last one is pretty pointless. If a teams lost/won and they want to move onto the next map/scrim then they just have to leave. I do believe most scrims are 7 rounds, thats a maximum of 13 rounds that can be played. It isnt difficult to come up with 8-10 different basic strats in a match, aswell as the strat caller making different notes everytime , e.g. on BW doing an A split. 1st time its done concentrate on maybe getting a crossflash done [like one from A long and one from behind mid ramp], 2nd time delaying the A push so it will pincer anyone playing A after the CT's on cat are taken down. 3rd time maybe sorting out entry positions [#1 and 2 clear stairs/trybox, #3 checks train/gaybox then holds window from ramp].
The round time ; definetely. This should be added as an option for the room time, like in tdm. Would force teams to work together more in pushes and splits and would make working fakes a lot more crucial imo.
On cf-eu website we talked about hopefully getting an option for custom rooms sometime. For example, in the room set-up you could choose Wogl rules, ESL rules, No rules etc. This would make sure people wouldnt loose stupidly by having armor/spray/hat on them, so the better team wouldnt be fcked over by a DQ.
