Please help! I beg you
I have been trying to check with support for a solution for 3 weeks now, what the hek? I provide them with all the transaction IDs I receive from clickandbuy and they tell me I should provide them transaction IDs from DigitalBayI.. who the hek are they? I don't know. They never contact me. All the transaction IDs I get on my email is from clickandbuy and I have attached 7 PDF invoices, they still don't believe I'm true owner of the account.
All I wanted to do is to change my email address from the old "deleted one" to the new one. Why is this so hard? Please Escalate this, I have provided all the evidence and the customer service is coming on my nerves.
