No, as long as it isn't a blatant bypass of censorship [for example, replacing an "I" with an "l" or doing something of that matter, to spell out vulgarity], it won't be deleted. The name "nagger" implies an annoying person, if anyone else takes it in any other way, they're much too sensitive about a word.
