Hey!
I have bought the star character! Now I realised that there is a bug with the smoke and the hair! Is there any way to exchange the character star with for example the GSG9? Maby z8games can take my star away and give me the zp to buy the GSG9!
I also contact the support but maby someone of you can answer the question.
Just tell me what you are thinking!

When did you purchase the Star character? You should try to send a support ticket. There is no other way to solve your problem. However, I think the only thing that you can get refund is coupon item.

But I used support 2 times before and every time no answer!

Im pretty sure you can't change the characters so your stuck with it.
