Wtf!!!!!!!

hi this is starting to get annoying i start game choose a server select a server room and then as soon as i try to join a room in progress like a GM match or what have you it just says joining room plz wait and then for about 5 mins it does nothing and crashes can you give me a update or something its really starting to get under my skin
