" Which side are you on? " Ribbon problem

I'm sorry if the question isn't in the right section , but i guess it is the suitable one .

I 'd like to get the ribbon of " Which side are you on? " , and when i go to the page of the Rival Factions , i can't find the apply button to choose the BL or the GR .

Is there is a problem ? So , what I have to do ?

i guess its because mission is running right now. you will have to wait till it ends;)

idk. i didnt pay that much attention on rival factions anymore since it was dead few month ago. Maybe it just stucked again.

You have to go to the Black List or Global Risk clan page, just simply type in any of those in the clan search bar and u apply there.

Yeah, you need to go to "clan" then search "Black list" or "Globe risk". Then enter the clan page and join, you will join BL or GR side. You dont need to quit your clan to do this, It doesnt affect your own clan.

I just searched, there is no real Black list. I think this event is over.
