Where exactly are the servers?

Some not all.

I know for a fact that Rookie, Alpha through Foxtrot, and Clan Server are all based from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. US South Servers are hosted in Miami, and the US West Servers are hosted somewhere along the west coast [I forget the exact city].

The UK Servers are hosted in London, as far as I know, I'm not UK .
