RF016.REZ file changed error

hey, I need some help, because I just recently got this error when trying to load up CF from HGWC:

File is changed : W[2007] L[0]

rez\RF106.REZ



thats it. I haven't had a chance to playe CF on this compy in a week, but it was working perfectly fine then.
