i have new pc and install cf and get this error

cf in my old laptop is working normal.
what need i do for this?

  idk try installing again, reinstall everything! maybe it will work

  You've made sure you've installed all the graphics drivers you need? Such as directx and which ever your brand of graphics card uses?
