We will also look at your clan to see if you meet the necessary requirements for our free service. Reason: Is to limit people on having this free service that turns out to only have 2 people total in their clan.

Ventrilox ToS/Rules
Ventrilo is a very beneficial tool for everyone. It is helpful for coordination, events planning, game discussion, and socializing in general. However, it requires an understanding of the rules and a certain level of obedience in order to give others the freedom of its use as well.

1. Avoid cursing for no reason. Since it is voice, this is something that will not be enforced heavily, but think about others before you belt out a string of foul language into your microphone. Blatant cursing will be taken not only as spam, but as an attempt to be offensive, and you will be kicked and eventually banned for repeated offenses.
2. Explicit topics of sex, racism and discussion of things that are very obviously inappropriate will usually result in a kick. Repeated offenses will result in a ban. (The "n word" is a racist word, and will not be tolerated).
3. Aswell as this, topics of discussion which are deemed unacceptable by a moderator (such as hacking and ddosing) will result in a verbal warning or a kick. If this conversation continues, it could result in you being banned from the server.
4. Abuse of other members of Ventrilo will not be tolerated, and will result in a kick and a ban if it isn't stopped. It's not hard to tell the difference between joking around and intending to hurt others' feelings.
5. Provoking others is just as bad as mistreating others. Don't expect a kick, but don't try to get an admin to help you if you've been putting snide remarks in your comments or trying to aggravate the other members.
6. Do NOT harass or argue with an admin's decision. It is one thing to ask why you were kicked, why you were banned, etc. It is entirely another to flame or attack an admin for their actions. Doing this will result in a kick, and a ban if continued.
7. Do NOT advertise ANY other ventrilos on our server. No info in chat, comments, or anything of the sort will be permitted.
8. If a Moderator finds that you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol and you are being disruptive, you may be banned from the server for a time period between 1 and 24 hours, depending on how long the moderator feels you need to talk to calm down/sober up.
