I cant get rid of the message when i boot up

first, you have to log out of the current guest account, and into the computer's administrator account.

click start, and hit run.

type this in the box: wscui.cpl
then click ok.

on the left side of the window, click the change user account control settings.

then, drag the slider down all the way, and click ok.

then, you should be able to play CF on the guest accounts of the computer. hope this helped!
