Account E-mail issue

Hey guys i have some issues
the e-mail which i have created this account is deleted because i created a new e-mail
but i also forgot the security password because i haven't play this game for a while.
so i can't get my security question because it asks my e-mail that i already have deleted.
i already made contact but they won't help me and closed -.-
I gave my ip and my other things.
i'm realy ****ed of because i wana delete my clan that also askes for security question
they think i'm not the owner of this account lmao <.<
couldn't they check my ip's because i damm used this account for 1.5 year ..
if they not try to take helping me i will still made contact with them
they could at least delete my clan ..
