The loading of a match and the end of a match.

I can load the game up fine and login i have a windows xp home edition and it meets all the minimum requirements but when i start a match its goes to my desktop screen with a smaller black screen and i have to wait at least 5 minutes before the game gets back to the loading screen...same thing with the ending of the match it just gives me a black screen and takes five minutes then it brings me to lobby and not the score board and says something like i have been idle to long...it does this every time i join and leave a match can you help me?
