Report Form issue

Hello,

I had a technical Problem which is on the website, on the Report section, I have open a ticket and they told me to forward it to the Hacking support, But the Hacking Support form is made for Reporting hackers and the fields for my problem aren't for report hacker issue.

I only ask for the "Rounds that Hacking Occurred" because it confuses me, So This is a Technical Support issue i believe because its something belong to the website aren't clear to me

My Message report:

I have been Reporting Hackers for long till now and the Field "Rounds that Hacking Occurred" i found it confusing... I also Add this field area with "1" Most hackers hack in Death match witch doesnt have rounds, but Points, Can you Guide me of what I shall Add on that Field?

lol if your reporting someone for hacking then of course it goes into the hacking support section xD

they ask for the rounds because, after a game ends you have to save the replay of the game by clicking SAVE on the scoreboard best thing to do is name it after the player or close 2 the players name. you then attach the saved replay to the form and tell them which rounds the hacker was in.

e.g. if the score is 3-3 for both teams and a hacker joins then the hacker will have joined on round 6 and they want to know the round the hacker joined.

this helps them get through demos quicker because they now have the fast forward option in replays.

Well, Im not reporting for hackers, I'm Requesting Some support from the Support Deviosn to understand someonthing on the "Report Form" So this is a technical Support, You cant request some Advise on "Hacking Report form" It hasn't the require field to write my comment. As you aware, Report form has IGN name as required field, and I only want to ask something i didn't Found in F.A.Q Section.

It Would be Great to remove the "Round" field and replace it with time, Since the reply Video now has Fast Forward and time Counting.

In Death Match, what if ine Team has 66, and other has 70, How do I Calculate Rounds? Since its not appearing in Game Result.

So Basically I would Suggest to remove that field and Replace it with "mm:ss that Hacker Found from the reply Video!

asking such things to support team is wasting there time when they could be looking over other tickets rather than a question like that it should be posted into the suggestion area not tech area.

and you can state in the ticket the time of the hacker or the score
