Rant About Ranting on M12s
Why does almost every player hate the M12s so much? Yah, it is over powered and imbalanced in some respects, but it isn't a gamebreaking/game-defining gun such as the MP44 w/Stopping Power (CoD:WaW). I know that the majority of people who read this will completely disagree with what I'm saying and continue to argue that the M12s is the "noobiest" gun in the game, and whoever uses it is also a player with no skill. Let me make my point before any of you trolls out there jump to conclusions.

I'll start off by saying this. The game developers aren't stupid. They would never have intended to put an overpowered gun in the game; Even if they did, it would have been nurfed in a patch already, but they haven't.
There are also plenty of guns that are not only capable of beating the M12s 1-on-1 but also downright better than the M12s if you know how to use it. An AK47 or even a Winchester comes to mind. Why a Winchester? One-hit kill above the chest in reasonable range. Why an AK47? If you know how to control the recoil, you can beat the M12s in both length killing and in close with it's damage rating. There are other guns too.
If this gun is so "nooby" for being a gun that has both a quick reload and a shot with reasonable RoF then why doesn't everybody in the game just start using the gun. I've said this many, many time before. I think I'm smart for using this gun. Period. This gun, like every other one, requires the player to aim; maybe not as hard to control recoil, but you still have to put the crosshair over the opposing player. Even when other players get mad and take out their own M12s', they still aren't able to kill me. Why? They can't aim as well as me. It not all the gun. You could be holding a Ray Gun and it wouldn't do much if you didn't know how to aim. Atleast it isn't one of those MP44's where it is pretty much impossible to kill the player unless you have that weapon yourself.
One thing I've noticed is that most of the people who cry are ones who go negative in matches or slightly over par. You never see a person who knows how to use their own gun and kill the players using the M12s crying about how 'overpowered' this gun is. I'm the one who went 49-5 in a match or 101-17 in Escape Mode with only 6 escapes. (I have screen shots). You're the person who went horribly negative, therefore you are not one to speak.

lol'd at this.
Only problem I have is laggers with M12s. I mean someone with 220+ ping. They shoot enough bullets, extremely quickly, to cancel out the ping difference...for them. Shots still don't reg on them which makes it extremely easy for them to get kills.
Other than that, I could care less what gun the person uses. -

I can go 49-5 with awm/m4/ak. With m12 i can probably go at least 60-5...
Main problem with m12 is the range in my eyes. Sure its RoF and damage are a little peculiar especially for an SMG but if you have the RoF and damage and you are able to hit people like its an ak from across the map then its unfair.
Im willing to challenge anyone who uses m12 regularly to try and use any other type of gun that is WOGL approved and try to frag that consistantly.

In general: m12s has too low spread on the bullets when u look at how fast it fire and what damage it does.
It is not a balanced gun, why its not nerfed i am not shure, but it makes the noobs atleast being able to play with us big boys. -
i liked the part where he bragged about getting a good score in pubs while using m12. buddy ther is a reason ur an m12 user and thats cause u suck. of course u play COD 2 because u can spray long range in COD as well as with the m12 and the bullets go perfectly straight. the only community worse then CF is the COD community. do us all a favour and uninstall

I own an M12-S...
Honestly I think it should have more recoil or a slower reload to give a little more of a disadvantage; with a gun like the AK-47 (which I own) you actually have to try harder in order to spray effectively, whereas the M12 is virtually point and shoot.
Also, until it gets nerfed, I only use the M12-S when the other team "asks" for it or there's a hacker in the room; even hackers have trouble dealing with someone using this weapon. -

and there has to be a troll in every single thread no matter what. I love that about this community. And by the way I use an AK47 90% of the time. Other than that idgaf, m12ers are easier to kill than other targets for me. They just spray without moving because they are stupid enough to actually buy a m12s so I easily one shot/tap them and it's done! -
