    support can take up to a week to reply with the amount of tickets that get sent in every day and if your acc is banned they will tell you why it is banned and most probably for hacking though im not saying you where but thats the general reason lol

    or they do ban accounts if payment for the zp hasn't gone through and then unban accounts when the payment has been recieved this stops fraud so you'll just have to patiently wait and its the weekend now so you wont get a reply they only work monday - friday
