it'll say Replied or closed.

replied: they're werent in a hurry to the bank and said something

To saved time, call them. look for the number in google.

They don't reply to support tickets on saturday-sunday. and sometimes friday

Looked up they're number, turns out there don't work saturdays & sundays & week days they only work till 5:30

yep... bank closes at 6 and I believe its a 30 minute drive xD
