help,since yesterday its not working

well yesterday i was on my acc i logged of it and it tried to go back on then it showed a box with nothing writen on it and if u try closing it then a link pops out i will post the link at the ends. so if u can help please http://www.gameguard.co.kr/gameguard/faq/eng/FAQ_3xx.htm

restart your PC, or log out and then back in that should fix it

what happens is if you close the game and then try to re load it, with game guard still running it will do that, make sure there isn't a blue shield at the bottom right showing, and try again, if it continues, just restart.
