i've been saying that this league is garbage since late 08. i sometimes wonder how they even get all of these responsibilities such as hosting large canadian tournaments when it's very evident that the staff that they have running the show are unorganised, utterly clueless and delusional, not to mention inexperienced. this situation doesn't even stack up to previous stories i have heard regarding them and combat arms, something along the lines of having two staff (including the anti cheat developer) playing for the season winning teams? yea, ok...

i wouldn't expect you to be intelligent, but here's an idea. add them on xfire? most people who are playing in leagues have all the wogl admins and all the esl admins on xfire. whenever i make a support ticket it gets answered with in an hour. you know why? cause i contact people on xfire and ask if they could take care of it.

the whole situation should have NEVER have happened in the first place, by the CEO of w.o.g.l no less. he knew about the situation the night OF, should have been handled right then and there

ok fine play the next 3 matches on the correct days. except im not going to tell you ahead of time when those days are, then im going to change THOSE days at the last minute and expect you to know when to play your games.

And on the note of support...You SHOULDN'T have to contact directly. If they move you ahead of the line, that's favoritism and should NEVER be allowed. I NEVER rushed someones ticket upon being contacted on Xfire. ALL msg's tickets were addressed within 2 hrs of being posted...Sounds like some people need to step up and run this with their big boy, experienced, professional pants on...

when you click on the match in the bracket, it tells you when the match is to be played. if you have something important like a wcg qualifier, you should probably check match comms atleast twice a day. -

why even be in the business if you just put out the events and then say f**k it?
there is a certain degree of responsibility they are lacking
tickets should be answered through support, not xfire. thats favoritism on the admins and basically defeats the whole purpose of the support system. ill just add them on xfire, f**k the support tickets.
if event dates change there should AT LEAST be an e-mail to the team leaders or an announcement notifying players of the changes

you used to answer most of my tickets within 30 minutes of me posting them, several within 10 minutes. i would submit the ticket and then msg you on xfire lol. -

there is no competition for their services. so yes their business can survive while running "like this".
that's the reality check for you, there is no alternative. the alternative is we don't have leagues/tournaments. personally i wouldn't want another "Autumn Assault" to decide which teams go to korea. -
