Corrupted Game & Grenade Failure

I installed CF on my 2nd computer, and when I clicked play, it said something about corruption and files. Is there a way to solve this problem?

And on my 1st computer, i bought a expanded grenade slot, and i bought a smoke grenade. The expanded grenade slot still has a couple days left and it was activated. But on some matches, like S&D sometimes, I can't use the smoke grenade, but on MM, it works most of the times. Please help me on these HORRENDOUS problems.
