as it says

Register Year 2010

but I want to know which day and which month ... to be sure when I will get the " you account is 1 year old " ribbon

any ideas ?

Try sending a ticket to Z8Games and asking the date. I sent tickets before and they always answer.

You can either look at the first entry (last page) in your GP log on your profile (if you have less than 10 pages) which tells you when you bought your character, or you look at the welcome email they sent you which will give you the date.

Or submit the ticket with all the information they request to prove you are the account owner.
