Class action lawsuit against superrewards, sometrics, and sponsorpay

I would like to begin the process of collecting a base of people with the same complaint about these companies for the purpose of a class action lawsuit. Anyone who has done surveys knows that there is unfair practice involved. Those who have completed every task they were instructed to complete and still was told to give proof after the fact is eligible for the class action lawsuit against these companies. Please save screen shots of your attempts to be credited for you time and info. They have made much money from deliberately thwarting you. They still get paid from sponsors and keep the money you earned for them. Time to get it back. Rally now.

Don't let them get rich off your hard work!

    No one is forcing you to do the surveys and you are not guaranteed a reward.

    If they aren't giving you your "earned" points simply stop doing the surveys and start buying ZP.

    I would rather die than lay down while someone screws me. I'm not the only one too. And incidentally it is illegal and fraudulent practice. defend them all you like. Right is right and wrong is wrong.

    I've played for two years. Maybe played every other day for a total of 10 hours per week give or take quite a bit. That makes this a time intensive investment, not to mention at least a few hundred dollars for zp/sp (when it was SubaGames) and the 100+ hours for surveys over that amount of time. Let's be real! Time is money. So I want what I put in and that's not extreme. So consider this as more a lifestyle (considering it's an MMO which is related to Social Networking) and less a game and you will offend less people with your assumptions.

    And can we keep the Trolling out please?

    i've played for 2 years too and i still consider this a game not a lifestyle as you put it.i spent way more then that as well but that was my choice to do so.the time you give to this game is your own,its not money as you put it.dont treat this as a job like your losing pay.trolling?uhm well when you post ridiculous threads on an open forum well expect some things to be post back at you.and remember social networking is a choice.no one forced you to install or attempt to participate in any survery.you do so on your own free will.

    i totaly understand were he's coming from, why must we spend time doing a survey that which says well credit us...then next thing i noe i wasted a section a my day just filling out spam for my email....i well stand by what ever is going to be done... atleast they can say may get zp or might...but sitting there lying straight to my face is disrespect an illegal....i well talk to more about this problmem i noe all faces durning surveys or wat ever lying promotion

    So the complaint here is that you had to send proof of completing a survey after you completed it?


    There's FAQ's on all of these sites that answer this:

    SponsorPay

    And They all have Private Policy's as well. Unfortunately there won't be much for a case after you've read all their legal conditions. They have the right to ask you to confirm the information in any cases. And they will only award points for correct information.

    At the end of the day, you've acknowledged that you are filling out the survey, and should use real information and that if you do not receive points it is your responsibility to contact the particular companies about it.

    It is not the advertizing companies responsibility to trust your information and blindly give you rewards for it.

    While this is frustrating in some cases because you might spend more time than others, there is likely reasons for it because obviously the majority who fill out correct surveys don't have the same issues as you.


    Additionally, survey companies and the survey section of our website is operated as an independent section of this website. If you wish to pursue some sort of lawsuit you can do it independently of these forums.
