Yes, however the drawing takes place today.

Also I just checked the site and you can't buy a ticket. The raffle is already being processed so we can expect to see a winner shortly.

It makes it fair for everyone that way. Plus it gets more traffic and attention to FrostGaming which means they can expand more and give out better things.
