ZP problem.

Not sure if this is the right place or whatever.. but anyway.. is the buy ZP via credit/debit card option available to UK users? I know I entered everything correctly but it still gave me the same error message.

the option I am trying to buy is

20000 Z8 POINTS
BONUS: 2000 Z8 BONUS POINTS
PRICE: US $17.49

so, all details CORRECT.. this message appears.

this transaction has been voided, your card will NOT be charged.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations.

any help appreciated.

    call your credit card company, and make sure the information your entering is correct. if you enter even one letter or number that dont match exactly too the info your credit card company has on file it will say it didnt work.

    also try creating a pay pal account so its easier to buy zp.

    i'll give the paypal a go now.. i know theyre right as i just ordered a load of clothes minutes before I tried buying zp.. yes theres enough money in there :P
