OMG I sent a support so long ago I've gone senile waiting for even an acknowledgment.

This is pathetic! The first ticket on this issue wasn't even read or they wouldn't have asked me to provide all the stuff I already have done. The second hasn't even been acknowledged after three weeks???? I don't understand how it can possibly take 3 weeks to respond confirming that you have at least received the ticket? That is just pathetic and lazy! Don't start giving me the we are so busy crap! Hire more people or get a real job! STOP pretending you are competent and admit you FAIL.

And you wonder why people get annoyed with your "site" (FAILS and so much doesn't work) ( No response from support for weeks at a time if at all) your "game" ("FREE" ROFL when you want to belittle someone who has a complaint and has spent money in your mall you tell them "it's a free game get lost nub")and your company? Can't even find the words? So unprofessional and incompetent. LMAO all the while attacking your paying customers for complaining and wanting solutions to issues with your site, your game and your company.
