Remove Silencer
My idea is an option to remove silencers when playing with a silenced gun.
This will be done by pressing "h" and the animation would show the player twisting off the silencer.
Most people would think that this is a useless and stupid idea.
The thing is however when you play without the silencer the power increases VERY SLIGHTLY by no more than 3-4 damadge per bullet.
I really want this to happen to see what m4a1 adv or m4 silver would look like without silencer.

I don't see how an option to add/remove the suppressor on a suppressed rifle would benefit the game. Its a pointless feature, even if you think its cool.

I find it harder to use suppressed weapons. Yes, I like.Then don't use them.

This is how I see it.
You're playing as BL in Bw SD, you're the last left in your team against 3/4 GR players. You're out of flash and smoke so need a distraction to fake your position. You remove the silencer from your M4, spray a little at A long and bhop/walk your way round somewhere to anally r4pe the GR kids who get distracted by the bluffed spray... -

Yes it works like that irl but this is cf.
The silenced m4 have 1 point higher dmg than normal m4/m4 gold so if you remove it, the dmg should go down actually lol.Actually, no, it doesn't work like that in real life. If that's in reference to the "distraction" I was talking about, what else would you suggest you could use if you were out of flash, smoke and had a suppressed weapon?
Also, you said the feature would be pointless...Kinda contradictory when a few of your weapon suggestions include "pointless" laser sight-things. -

compare ammo/damage on say m4-adv compared to m4...
or reload time on m4-spring compared to any other m4 variant...

The power increase that you get would be basically only by 2 hit points at best. It would seem a bit... tedious. Gimmicky/tedious add-ons might be ideas to consider if CF had a run/sprint, lie down, or leaning feature (it makes no sense to add something like a "take off silencer" feature before a "sprint" feature), but none of them are going to be added anytime soon. -
OMG, GM will suck even more as GR. I'm annoyed from the general M4 which is used by all Rookies and spray and pray all places in the map in GM. It's too loud. And when all M4 Silvers, M4 Advs are loud - wtf ? ( I know u can choose between it , but anyway.)
In TD it would be great, but only for coolness. The silcencer reduces IMO the recoil, e.g. i can play only with my M4 Silver instead M4 general.
For the game programming it would be very difficult - so you can have two different types of guns in one - because all versions off the M4s aren't the same ( IMO ) . It would be a very big advantage to the AK - there is no silenced AK.
So, with that negative arguments - even with the coolness - it is better without this option

I actually think this is a decent idea. M4 ADV, Crystal, and Silver would look purdy cool. I think silenced weapons are kind of lame anyway, but maybe that's just because I play without sound xD Even better option would be to BUY silencers for your other guns. My Gold M4 might suck a little less if it had a silencer, or at least it would look kinda cool/different.

Actually the suppressor reduces muzzle velocity. The subsonic rounds don't do much. Just eliminates the crack from when it leaves the barrel. And you need velocity to penetrate a target, so you're wrong.
Getting shot by a nerf gun wont hurt, but getting shot by 1 going 700 FPS would. Have a big bullet, you need more velocity, it's like trying to just stab thru a door with a car, you ain't gonna go THRU it, you'r gonna take it with. Speed the car up more you got less time for the door to flex/expand and it just breaks. -
you'd be slapping yourself on the face for spending such a big ammount of BP/ZP on the gun just for the bigger ammo count .-.
a new m4a1 with no silencer and a scope and the ammo bonus would be better.
or just the m4a1-g
