No country (with internet) is 100% hack free, but Brazil has a lot more hackers then most other countries combined. Nearly every obvious hacker I have seen has 150+ ping, only a few have lower.
But that is not the only reason why their disliked.
It's the hack accusing, foreign swearing and insulting, kick abusing, and the hack defending that makes most players hate them.
I've only seen around a dozen or so players from Brazil that don't do any of those, but a couple dozen is a drop in the bucket compared to the HUNDREDS of BR players I do see doing these things daily.
If most of the BRs didn't do these things then they be treated equally from other players, but the majority of them rather behave the way they do instead. I'm not saying your one of them, but the majority of them are making it clear that they don't care about fair play at all.
Like many other people have said before:

Just one thing, how do you know that a hacker is brazilian? Because of a "BR" in the name?
I gotta say that if you meet a brazilian that uses "BR" in the nickname you have a great chance to meet a ******ed guy. For my own experience I can say that polite brazilians don't let the others know that they are brazilians... The reason? Simple. We don't like as much as you of people insulting or swearing at you... and it happens sometimes when people know our nacionality :P Yes, we got a bad reputation because of some bad players so...why would I say to the other ones that I'm brazilian? Much people links almost automatically the image of a brazilian to hackers and FOR ME it's kind of wrong.
I wrote a lot of things that came to my head but in summary it's this:
Maybe you play everyday with lots of honest brazilians and you don't know, so please don't think that every brazilian uses "BR" in their names.

Well the suffix -inho is another thing that tips me off.
When I see a BR 80% of the time he either has a
tag or the suffix -inho.
Actually, not only in Online Games, but even in the U.N. Remember they're the hacking capital in the world for 2 reasons, online gaming and hacking websites.

Honestly, that's the reason I kind of incredibly dislike the Brazilian Parliament they don't realize what's in-front of their laptops.
And guys, try to be mature and not hate too much. The mature brs in this thread are trying to be nice, and you guys ranting and swearing makes you guys outright hypocrites when you guys are saying they swear, rant, kick, etc. -

The ones who actually come to the forums regularly are nice. I just wish more were like them.
And how have I been hypocritical? I don't accuse someone of hacking unless I see 100% undeniable proof that they are, I don't swear in game or on the forums, I don't kick people unless their hacking, and I always try to kick a hacker on my team (not my fault no one f11s). So was the hypocritical directed at the others?
And to answer the how I know there BR, most of them are typing in Portuguese or Spanish.
I see it so often that I keep a translator program up if I get curious to what they said. -
No sympathy, no empathy, no pity either. Brazil might be a wonderful country to visit and learn about, but as online gaming goes, it is a country I despise.
Now you Brazilians can be all polite about it, it doesn't matter. There are too many of you who simply disrespect the rules and the spirit of this game. I feel no remorse saying I would ban the whole lot of you if I could have that authority, yes perhaps losing some profit at the same time, but at least I would have a more enjoyable game to offer to my NA/UK customers.

Why can't we just nuke brazil, we have like 1 million atomic bombs, why not use 1 more against BRs, i bet they will be smarter when we nuke them, cuz the radioactive fallout will take care of their mental ******ation issues.

Also today i was trying to complete DM. EVERY SINGLE S&d the mine GAME i was in there was one BR wall hacker with 300 ping. If you got him on your team its impossible to kick him out because rest of teammates are BRs aswell

If you were in UK servers 2 months ago you would get my point. If there is hate, there is a reason. On individual level not every BR is responsible, on a community scale though, the BR community IS hated for a reason and as far as you know me, nothing personal, but I do stand against this community and will continue doing so, even if I am neutral towards you individually.i've never seen any kind of turk doing something wrong .-.

Its funny the brs want to improve there reputation, but since they now know they wont get ip ban the hacking is worse. I saw 2 whole clans hacking today. There reputation is not fixable. Its just a bunch of fat kids looking for attention. Funny thing is last time the br army really fought a war was like 1887 or something so they really know nothing about war. Can you imagine if they got attacked they would all look for there hacks......that would be funny ! !

The word "BR" to describe hackers is used to much that it has become a metaphor now. People now refer to hackers as BR. So whenever you see someone calling you a BR, just assume they are calling you a hacker or a n00b and not referring to a nationality.

There is nothing in the history of Brazil in 1887 that we call a war.
We participate (actually started) what we call "Paraguayan War" (better known as War of the Triple Alliance) from 1864 to 1870. In whose time, Brazil was known as the Empire of Brazil.
Before that we had many wars (and battles), as a colony.
We participated in the First World War and more actively in the Second World War (on both of them, on the Allied side).
Because are not we a belligerent country, like many (I will not mention names), does not mean that we do not fight.
I will not advertise about capabilities or not, just be careful: Many countries that were powerful war machines in the past, fell like a house of cards in the future (and in the near future).
Do a favor for me and for you: Do not mix the history of my country with a bunch of kids who use hack. If you have nothing better to talk (or write), shut up! And learn History!!!!
