Can't equip sniper rifle

i cant use my sniper, which i bought, its in the 1slot and shows in my storage but in game i cant use it, why?

SOMETIMES It takes about a few hours before, I won a M14-Ebr, equipped and everything but when I spawned, It wasn't there. It's a bug that I bet a mod will say is being worked on which I highly doubt. Give it a few hours to a day
