What I'm wondering is what kind of midget keyboard or deformed hand do you have to play like that?

At first I thought maybe you're left hand but that leaves pinky/ring finger on arrows and pointer/thumb on alt/m/space. Which is painful for me.

or right handed pointer/middle finger on arrows and pinky alt/m/space. Not so painful but very awkward. I guess you could get use to that.
