Moral of the story, ALWAYS watch your back (especially if your a ghost). You never know when a Knife stabbing psychopath is behind you.

EDIT: Note 15 of the 17 kills are knife kills with the AK knife, the other 2 were because they ran and I didn't feel like chasing them.
