Sound Issue

Hi, whenever I'm in game my game starts out perfect with noise etc. As the game continues my sound decreases and the only thing i can really hear is gun switches. I went into my start and control and made sure my sound wasn't being affected by teamspeak. I never had this problem before and now its a 24/7 thing. I use windows 7 64 bit if anyone could help please give some info thanks!
